Our company Springs efficiently manages import, export and supply of fruits and vegetables within a vast network of producers and clients. Springs has three departments responsible for imports from the Middle East, the farms from Qatar, Oman and the subcontinent. Our three departments handle local distribution to Sheikh Palaces, 5 star hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hypermarkets and supermarkets and many more.

Once the products reach the ports they are delivered to our cold storage facility equipped with the latest refrigeration and food storage technology. The products are packed and sealed with specific barcodes and handed over to our delivery teams. Our fleets used for delivery are approved by Doha municipality standards and certified for food transport, and are equipped with the calibrated and approved chiller units to ensure that all customers receive their orders on time and in good quality. With the collective efforts of our teams, comprehensive quality checks at every stage are done. We ensure that each product leaving our facility is guaranteed safe and delivered fresh to our clients.

Springs have a separate department as operational supervisor and assistants who are responsible for the quality check process. They supervise a team of individuals who check the quality of the items, one by one, before placing them in clean plastic crates, and loading them into the temperature controlled vehicles.
Our company springs are currently in possession of a HACCP certification, which means that we are meeting, and maintaining the highest standards possible. In addition, each and every staff member in Springs Trading has undergone a hygiene and sanitation course, to ensure that all the hygienic and sanitary requirements of the companies are met.
